The Law of Attraction

Today I woke up thinking about the law of attraction. Intriguing right?! This idea that your mind has the power to manifest your desires. When we avoid thinking about what we don’t want to happen and envision what we want to happen, we manifest our desires. Be aware that YOU are the creator, which means you can begin to design your life right now.

Each morning, practice stimulating your mind to wake with an attitude of gratitude. Do this by thinking about all that you are presently grateful for. Be grateful for a new day, your family, your job, your academics, your health, your bed, etc! Challenge yourself to be the BEST version of you today. Eventually this process will become habitual and you will begin to notice how smoothly events flow throughout the course of your day. Regardless, of the schedule you have in your day ahead your mind is ready for any challenge. Make what you want and desire a DOMINANT thought daily. This practice will allow you to attract positive events.

When we focus our mind’s attention on what we want to avoid, we are on the road to creating these events. Visualize yourself landing that position at a potential new job, generating new sales for your company, or accomplishing a killer workout that day. Challenge yourself and prove to you that you CAN do it. Set the tone for your intentions each day by applying your mind’s attention to these events. What we think about we bring about.

Your mind is a vital asset to your life. Without it, we would have 0 awareness of what is going on. We would not experience all of life’s beautiful gifts. So ask for what you desire, believe & visualize this desire, and receive it. Maintain a focused mindset on what you want. Throughout this process of manifestation look all around you. Be aware of your emotions, they are a gift that give you clarity throughout the creation of life.
